Rental Requirements:
Minimum rental age is 25.
The villa is strictly non-smoking.
Pets are not permitted.
Guest Conduct:
Parties and events are prohibited to maintain a serene environment.
Only registered guests are allowed on the property. The villa's capacity is 12 guests unless prior approval is obtained.
Observance of quiet hours from 10 p.m. to 8 a.m. is required.
Dining and Cleanliness:
Consume food and beverages (except water) only in designated dining and common areas. Dispose of leftovers and trash immediately.
Maintain cleanliness by properly bagging and disposing of trash daily. Charges may apply for non-compliance.
Pool Safety:
Adult supervision required for children in the pool area.
Strictly no diving, glass, food, beverages, or rough play in the pool area.
Property Care:
Conserve energy by turning off lights and electronics when not in use. Ensure all windows and doors are securely locked upon departure.
Report any damages promptly. Guests are responsible for costs exceeding the security deposit.
Respect for Property:
The villa features valuable Disney-themed collectibles and artifacts. Please handle all decor with care.
