Villa Guidelines for a Magical Stay
Arrival and Departure

Occupancy and Visitors
Children and Infants: Welcome
Pets: We love them, but they can’t stay here.
Parties and Events: Not permitted to ensure everyone's peace and quiet.
Smoking: Not allowed inside to keep our home fresh and clean.
Additional Rules
Parking: Please adhere to Encore Resort at Reunion's parking rules. Three driveway spots are available, plus complimentary street parking. Be mindful of illegal parking to avoid towing.
Guests: Only those registered may access the property. Our enchanted retreat comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. For exceptions, prior approval is required.
Eating Areas: Food and beverages (other than water) should be enjoyed in designated dining or common areas to maintain the cleanliness of bedrooms.
Trash Disposal
Trash should be bagged and placed in the provided bins; collection is daily. Please ensure garbage is properly bagged to avoid cleaning fees.
Pool Etiquette
Supervision: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
Safety: No diving or rough play. Keep the pool area a safe space for all.
Cleanliness: Avoid glass items and food in the pool area to keep it pristine and enjoyable.
Conservation Efforts
Conserve energy by turning off lights and electronics when not in use. Ensure all windows and doors are securely locked upon exiting the villa.
Decor and Collectibles
Our villa is adorned with unique Disney-themed artifacts and collectibles, crafted with care and passion. Please respect these treasures:
Handling: Interact with decor respectfully; do not move or remove items.
Souvenirs: No souvenir hunting; our items are not for sale or trade.
Cultural Sensitivity: Some decor elements are culturally significant; please appreciate their value and heritage.

Our home is a themed paradise, documented in detail. We aim to keep the magic alive before and after every guest’s visit. Let’s maintain respect for the space to avoid any mythical curses, reminiscent of classic tales of enchantment and adventure!

• Blocking fully or partially the sidewalk
• On the grass or landscaping
• Blocking the driveway
• Within 30 feet of a stop sign
• Against the direction of traffic flow
• May only be parked for active loading or unloading
(max four hours)
• Must be moved off-site for the duration of your stay
